Your first deployment is funded by us for 12 months.

Automate the work between your systems.

We design, build and run automations across the software your business already uses — from APIs and email to documents and browser-based tools.

InfoSec Rules

Automate the work people should not have to repeat.

The best opportunities are usually repetitive processes that move between multiple systems, documents or people.

Move data between systems

Transfer information between software without manual re-entry.

Process emails and documents

Read, extract, classify and act on incoming work.

Check and reconcile

Compare records, documents, prices or transactions and identify discrepancies.

Update existing software

Create, edit and complete work inside the systems your team already uses.

Handle approvals and exceptions

Keep people in control wherever judgment is required.

Monitor and follow up

Check statuses, detect changes and continue the process automatically.

First deployment

We fund the first one.

If we find a process worth automating, we design, build and operate the first deployment at €0 service cost for the first 12 months.

Third-party operating costs remain visible and separate from our service.

There is no obligation to purchase another automation.

Automation without giving up control.

Security

Existing systems stay

We build around the software your business already uses.

Access is scoped

Each automation receives only the access required for the agreed process.

Humans stay in control

Important actions can require human approval before execution.

Production follows review

Access, data flows, actions and failure handling are agreed before production deployment.

Keep your systems.
Remove the manual work.

We automate the steps people still perform between software, documents, inboxes and web portals.

APIs

When a system exposes what we need, we connect directly.

Browser & GUI

When it doesn’t, we can work through the interface your team already uses.

AI

We use AI where the work requires understanding documents, messages or context.

Rules & approvals

We combine deterministic rules with human approval wherever judgment or control should stay with your team.

How it works

Start with the process, not the technology.

How it works
01 — Understand

You show us how the process actually works today.

02 — Measure

We establish where time, money or capacity is being lost.

03 — Build

We connect the existing systems and automate the agreed workflow.

04 — Measure again

We compare the result against the original baseline.

Why would we do the first one for free?

Because if the first automation creates real value, we want to be the company you call for the second one.

There may be nothing worth automating.

In a short call, we’ll look at how your team works and whether there is a process with enough value to justify automation.

If we don’t see a credible opportunity, we’ll tell you.

← Back How it works

From manual process to working automation.

We start with how the work runs today, then build around the systems already in place.

01

Show us the work.

We learn how the process actually runs today — including systems, documents, decisions, exceptions and handoffs.

02

Measure the current process.

We establish the current volume, time, cost and operational friction.

03

Decide what should be automated.

We define which steps can run automatically, which decisions remain human and what happens when something goes wrong.

04

Connect what already exists.

We combine the most appropriate methods for each step — APIs, browser automation, documents, email, AI or custom integrations.

05

Test it with real work.

The automation is tested against real cases before production use.

06

Compare the result.

We measure the new process against the original baseline and decide whether further automation makes economic sense.

The technology adapts to the process.

We use the simplest reliable method available for each step.

← Back Use cases

Start with work that costs too much to do manually.

The strongest automation opportunities usually involve repetitive work moving between systems, documents and people.

Take information from emails, documents or one application and update another without manual re-entry.

Read invoices, orders, forms, reports and attachments and trigger the next step automatically.

Match records across systems and surface discrepancies automatically.

Collect the evidence, route the approval and continue the workflow after a decision is made.

Perform repetitive work through existing web interfaces when direct integration is not available.

Monitor statuses, detect changes and trigger follow-up actions automatically.

Not sure what to automate?
Good.

You do not need to know before the first call.

Prove the first one before paying us for the second.

For the first 12 months.

You pay only the operating costs created by external services used by the automation.

Future automations are priced against measurable value.

Before work begins, we agree what the process costs today, what success means and how the result will be measured.

If measured results fall below the contracted threshold, our service fee is waived.

5×
Minimum contracted ROI

We only price a paid automation when the agreed measurable value is at least five times our service fee.

Example €50k measured value ÷ €10k service fee = 5×
Baseline agreed first Measurement defined in advance Below threshold → service fee waived

No seat pricing

You are not charged based on how many employees use the result.

Third-party costs stay visible

External usage costs remain separate from our service fee.

Expansion only after proof

The first automation exists to demonstrate whether working together creates measurable value.

Find out whether there is a process worth automating.

Find a process
← Back Security

Your automation should never have more access than it needs.

Security requirements are defined around the process before production deployment.

Scoped access

Credentials and permissions are limited to the systems and actions required by the agreed workflow.

Human approval where required

Important or sensitive actions can pause until an authorised person approves them.

Known data flows

The systems and third-party services involved in a workflow are documented before production use.

Visible third-party usage

Where practical, external APIs and AI services can run through customer-owned accounts so usage, billing and provider relationships remain visible.

Plan for failure before production.

We define what should happen when data is missing, a system is unavailable or an action cannot be completed safely.

Production access is agreed before deployment.

We work with the customer to define the access and controls required for each production workflow.

Discuss a process
← Back Company

Automation should be measured by what it changes in the business.

We automate one process, measure the result and expand only when the economics make sense.

Outcomes first.

We begin with the process and its economics, not with a preferred technology.

Work with what already exists.

A useful automation should not require an unnecessary software replacement project.

We fund the first deployment.

If we create real value, we expect to earn the opportunity to automate the next process.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026

1. Who controls your data

GoalGin is a business automation brand operated by MIKLOS ENTERPRISES SRL, CUI 52950542, Trade Register No. J2025089808006, with registered office at Piața Libertății 15, 535500 Gheorgheni, Harghita, Romania. MIKLOS ENTERPRISES SRL is the controller of personal data described in this policy. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@goalgin.com.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process your name, business email address, company, job title, telephone number, information you include in forms or messages, correspondence with us, meeting notes, and information necessary to evaluate a potential automation project. Our web server and technical service providers may also process ordinary connection information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps and requested pages.

3. Business contact and outreach data

We may use professional contact information about people acting in a business capacity to identify companies that may reasonably benefit from our services. This information may come from company websites, professional networks, public business directories and other lawful public sources. We use it for targeted B2B outreach on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing our business and offering relevant services. You may object to this processing at any time. If you do, we will stop direct outreach to you and may retain only the minimum information required to respect your opt-out.

4. Why we use personal data

We process personal data to respond to enquiries; arrange and conduct discovery calls; evaluate whether a process may be suitable for automation; prepare proposals or take steps requested before entering into a contract; provide and support contracted services; maintain business records; secure and operate this website; prevent abuse; and comply with legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.

5. Legal bases

Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, our legal bases are generally: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interests in operating, securing and developing our business and conducting relevant B2B communications (Article 6(1)(f)); compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); and consent where the law requires consent, for example for optional non-essential cookies or similar technologies (Article 6(1)(a)).

6. Calls, recordings and project discovery

If we propose recording a discovery or project call, we will tell participants before recording starts and ask for permission where required. Recordings and transcripts are used for note-taking, quality assurance and accurate technical or commercial evaluation. If a participant does not agree to recording, we can continue using written notes instead.

7. Service providers and recipients

We may share personal data only where necessary with providers that support hosting, email, communications, scheduling, customer relationship management, document storage, security, accounting, legal services, analytics or the delivery of a contracted automation. These providers may act as processors or independent controllers depending on the service. We do not sell personal data.

8. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, and apply additional safeguards where appropriate.

9. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including business follow-up, service delivery, security, accounting and legal requirements. Unsuccessful prospecting records are periodically reviewed and removed when no longer useful, except that a minimal suppression record may be retained to ensure that an opt-out is respected. Contract and accounting records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

10. Cookies, fonts and technical resources

At launch, this site does not use advertising pixels or behavioural advertising cookies. The site may load technical assets such as fonts, JavaScript libraries and stylesheets from third-party content-delivery networks. Those providers may receive standard connection data such as your IP address and browser information when the assets are requested. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing technologies, this policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before they are used.

11. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the services involved. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access to personal data is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) or, where applicable, another competent supervisory authority.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, website or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.

Contact: hello@goalgin.com.

2. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about GoalGin's business-process automation services. It is not a substitute for a project-specific technical assessment, commercial proposal or signed services agreement.

3. No automatic offer or commitment

Statements on this website about a funded first deployment, service fees, return on investment, support, hosting, maintenance or other commercial terms describe the way we intend to structure qualifying projects. They are not an unconditional offer and do not create a binding obligation by themselves. Eligibility, scope, baseline, measurement method, responsibilities, third-party costs, security requirements, acceptance criteria and any commercial guarantee must be agreed in writing for the individual project before work begins.

4. The 5× ROI statement

Any 5× ROI or service-fee guarantee applies only where it is expressly included in a signed customer agreement. The agreement must define the baseline, the value being measured, the measurement period, exclusions, dependencies and the contracted threshold. Website examples and general statements are illustrative and do not independently create a guarantee.

5. Third-party services and operating costs

Automations may depend on third-party software, APIs, AI or LLM providers, OCR services, cloud infrastructure, licences, customer systems or other external services. Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, third-party fees and usage-based charges are separate from GoalGin's service fee and remain subject to the third party's own terms, availability and pricing.

6. Customer systems and access

Production automation may require access to customer systems, credentials, data or third-party accounts. Access, permissions, security controls, environments, human approvals and permitted actions are defined per project. Nothing on this website authorises GoalGin to access or act within any system before the relevant customer has expressly approved that access.

7. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free or continuously available. We may change, suspend or remove website content at any time. Project decisions should be based on the applicable written proposal and agreement, not solely on website content.

8. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code, access non-public systems or data without authorisation, or use automated means in a way that materially interferes with normal operation.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website's original text, design, graphics, branding and code are owned by or licensed to MIKLOS ENTERPRISES SRL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, libraries and services remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce substantial parts of this website for commercial use without permission, except where applicable law permits it.

10. External links and third-party content

This website may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or terms. Access to third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their applicable terms.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MIKLOS ENTERPRISES SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability relating to a customer automation project is governed by the signed agreement for that project.

12. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute relating solely to use of this website is subject to the competent courts of Romania, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Customer projects may contain a different dispute-resolution clause in the applicable signed agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
